How to set time on ProTrek PRW-7000 / Casio 5480

All settings are clearly explained and understandable.

1. In the Timekeeping Mode, pull out the crown.

• CITY will appear on the display. After that, the currently selected city code and city name (in English) will scroll on the display.

2. Press D.

• This causes the hour and minute digits to fl ash on the display.
• If you are using 12-hour timekeeping, an A (a.m.) or P (p.m.) indicator will also be displayed.
• This is the time setting mode.
• In the following steps, each press of B cycles between settings as shown below.

3. Rotate the crown to change the minute setting.
4. Press B.

• This causes the hour digits to fl ash on the display.

5. Rotate the crown to change the hour setting.
6. Press B.

• This causes the year digits to fl ash on the display.

7. Rotate the crown to adjust the year setting.

8. Press B.

• This causes the currently set date (month) setting to flash on the display.

9. Rotate the crown to adjust the month setting.
10. Press B.

• This causes the currently set date (day) setting to fl ash on the display.

11. Rotate the crown to change the day setting.

• Pressing B will return to the hour and minute setting screen.

12. After the settings are the way you want, push the crown back in.

• This will cause timekeeping to start from 0 seconds.
