How to set time on ProTrek PRW-7000 Casio 5480-1

1. In the Timekeeping Mode, pull out the crown.

  • CITY will appear on the display. After that, the currently selectedย city code and city name (in English) will scroll on the display.

2. Press D.

  • This causes the hour and minute digits to fl ash on the display.
  • If you are using 12-hour timekeeping, an A (a.m.) or P (p.m.)ย indicator will also be displayed.
  • This is the time setting mode.
  • In the following steps, each press of B cycles between settingsย as shown below.

3. Rotate the crown to change the minute setting.
4. Press B.

  • This causes the hour digits to fl ash on the display.

5. Rotate the crown to change the hour setting.
6. Press B.

  • This causes the year digits to fl ash on the display.

7. Rotate the crown to adjust the year setting.

10. Press B.

11. Rotate the crown to change the day setting.

  • Pressing B will return to the hour and minute setting screen.

12. After the settings are the way you want, push the crown back in.

  • This will cause timekeeping to start from 0 seconds.
